First Care ESLS

In 2025, James and Kim Clark, founded First Care Enhanced Supported Living Services (ESLS) with a vision to serve individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities—particularly those with enhanced behavioral needs. From the very beginning, their goal has been clear: to empower each person to live a more structured, independent, and fulfilling life while honoring their dignity and individuality.

Their approach combines warmth, innovation, and therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of every individual. With a team of skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and expert behavioral and nursing support staff, they work together to build stability, promote independence, and enhance quality of life.
