Kim Clark | CEO
With over 20 years of experience in adult residential care and more than 25 years in human resources leadership, I serve as the Co-Owner, ARF Administrator, and Director of HR for our licensed Adult Residential Facilities and Supportive Living Services. Together with my husband, James, I lead a team dedicated to delivering compassionate, individualized care that consistently meets and exceeds state and local standards.
My professional journey began in HR leadership, where I developed the foundational skills in staffing, compliance, and people management that now guide my work in residential care. Throughout our two decades in business, we've remained committed to providing stable, high-quality services rooted in dignity and respect — not only for our residents, but also for the staff who support them.
A key lesson I’ve learned over the years is that your background doesn’t define your future — your mindset does. My beliefs are grounded in honesty, kindness and integrity therefore my goal is to continue building a legacy of care that reflects this philosophy, while inspiring my children and others to lead lives of purpose and service.
